The foam plyometric box is perfect for plyometric (box jumps) and step training. It provides easy adjustability for varying heights during workouts – simply rotate/flip the box to get the desired height (50cm, 60cm and 75cm).
Featuring a non-slip design and double stitched upholstery, the box is both safe and reliable during each use. The foam box is also a lot safer than wooden or steel plyometric boxes, as it prevents you from getting scratches and cuts if you miss a jump.
Great for building explosive power in the legs, and increasing your vertical jump while also building the athlete's confidence knowing you won't get inured if you miss the jump.
