Nail bed infection
Add 1-2 drops directly to the area of concern. Repeat regularly while required.
Respiratory support
Add 10 drops to the bath or diffuser and repeat for at least 5 consecutive days. Add 5 drops of Eucalyptus Blue Gum and 5 drops of Lavender Spike to aid the effectiveness and enhance the scent. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Acne
Blend 3 drops with 20 drops Jojoba Oil: Golden and apply the mixture to the affected areas with a cotton ball or a clean fingertip.
May be irritating to sensitive skin. If using in the mouth, do NOT swallow. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.

Great product
I have been using Metamucil for a long time!
I can tell a difference in using the plain and the vitamin variety. I feel a more energetic. I will not use this variety close to bedtime.
It does fizz a lot. Only add a small amount of water to the glass and after the fizz settles down add more water.

The best no sugar natural fiber
Even if you have no problems with your dietary system, fiber is an excellent way to protect your lower GI system. I use the no sugar version as I want the fiber, but I want the extra carbs in the regular version. Regular no sugar is fine, and has no problems with taste. Every so often, I treat myself to this better stevia sweetened version. I don’t take either one 3 times a day, as recommended, but I do take it every morning. If you like the regular sugar free version, give this a try. Since I take it every day, I do like occasionally switching to the better version.
Read the labels of your fiber supplement products, if you take them. Very few give you the amount of fiber that this does, and you control exactly how much fiber you want. If you read up on the benefits of adding to your daily fiber intake, you will wonder why you haven’t been adding this to your daily healthy supplements This is a very effective way to protect yourself, and most other products don’t come close!

Great product for bloat and regularity
This works! I try to take a big tablespoon in the morning and if Im feeling bloated maybe one at night. Within a day or two, it helps you get regular! And it makes you go..and not loose, runny stool either. It leaves with that “empty stomach” feeling. I have this set up on auto delivery. Its a bit expensive but like that it has stevia, so am willing to pay the extra. It tastes like OJ but drink it asap or it becomes thick and slime like within a few minutes.

More expensive and not as sweet as regular Metamucil, but no aspartame
I switched to the Stevia variant of Metamucil to cut down my daily intake of aspartame sweetener. The taste definitely isn’t as sweet and invariably some might not like that. I thought the same initially, but after a few dosages of the less-sweet Stevia Meta I’m now use to the taste. For me—less aspartame in my diet is more important than having an overly sweet product. The product functions the same way and is very effective in keeping you regular and the additional fiber in your diet is very important. Try it, but keep in mind it may take some time getting use to the less sweet flavor.

Incredible…
This stuff is incredible. I used to take a psyllium supplement semi regularly but would always stop after a week or so of getting tired of it. This stevia version of Metamucil is better than any fiber I’ve ever taken. Tastes great, dissolves immediately, works incredibly well, and doesn’t get old or repetitive like other versions. Flavorful but not overly sweet. It’s amazing what it does to your poops too. Unbelievable.
