Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter "Privacy Code") and articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereafter "GDPR 2016/679"), laying down provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data referred to you will be processed in compliance with the law and the confidentiality obligations of the open access CRPUB.ORG Medical Video Journal.

The data controller of personal data is CRPUB.ORG Medical Video Journal.

3. Purpose of the treatment
The data are collected and kept for sending medical-scientific News Letters reserved exclusively for the medical profession. The News letters only introduce scientific topics of an innovative nature and are sent to the email addresses of those interested in the sector for educational purposes in accordance with the article 33 of the Italian Constitution.
CRPUB.ORG Medical Video Journal collects personal data such as: surname, first name, e-mail, specialties or professional qualifications. CRPUB.ORG guarantees and has always guaranteed the processing of personal data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights.
CRPUB.ORG Medical Video Journal does not provide the personal data to third parties for advertising purposes, does not sell them or lease them to third parties. In addition, it will not give, for consideration or free of charge, the personal data of its users of websites to unauthorized third parties. The Site may allow you to contribute photographs, pictures, videos, recordings, postings, and other materials and information that is not governed by the Privacy Statement as personal data (“User Materials”) to the Site. CRPUB.ORG does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any User Materials and cannot be responsible for any User Materials. Upon your submission of User Materials or other material or information to CRPUB.ORG, you grant CRPUB.ORG, and CRPUB.ORG thereby accepts, a worldwide, perpetual, non-terminable, irrevocable, transferable, license to access, use, distribute, perform, reproduce, display, modify, create derivative works based upon, and sublicense, and to permit others to access, use, distribute, perform, reproduce, display, modify, create derivative works based upon, and sublicense, the User Materials for the purpose of providing the Site and Site products and services and for all other business purposes of CRPUB.ORG, all without any compensation to you whatsoever. CRPUB.ORG may remove User Materials from the Site that are libellous, incorrect, spiteful, or otherwise inappropriate, in CRPUB.ORG's sole discretion. CRPUB.ORG shall not be responsible for changes, modifications, or removal any User Materials that you submit to the Site. CRPUB.ORG reserves the right to, but is not obligated to monitor, edit or disclose any User Materials. If you believe that any User Materials violate your intellectual property or other rights, please follow our Complaint Procedure in Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions. If you believe that any photographs or content on the Site violate your intellectual property or other rights, please send to CRPUB.ORG at info@crpub.org a comprehensive detailed message setting forth the following information: (1) your name; (2) your contact information, including your e-mail address; (3) the nature and substance of your complaint, the specific rights at issue, and your basis for making the complaint, including the content or posting that is objectionable; and (4) the following statement: "The statements, representations, and assertions made in this message are true, complete, and accurate and I have the full legal authority to make each and every such statement, representation, and assertion and to make and be granted any demand made in this message."
