'Довга сцена' — зібрання артефактів, присвячене останній виставі театру 'Березіль' 1933 року — 'Маклена Граса', останній спільній роботі Леся Курбаса, Миколи Куліша та Вадима Меллера.

До цього колекційного видання увійдуть тексти п’єси Куліша та її сучасного римейку — п?єси 'Квітка Будяк', написаної через 80 років драматургинею Наталкою Ворожбит на замовлення Станіслава Мойсеєва, який очолив був Театр Франка щойно після смерті Богдана Ступки і поставив на його сцені 'Квітку Будяк' 2013 року. У в нашому виданні текст Ворожбит публікується вперше.

Книга містить історичні фото обох вистав, ескізи костюмів Вадима Меллера до 'Маклени Граси', моделі декорацій Андрія Александрова та ескізи костюмів до 'Квітки Будяк' Катерини Маркуш.

Основну канву видання створює есе головної зберігачки Музею театрального, музичного та кіномистецтва України Тетяни Руденко, де вона розповідає про історію та контекст створення обох драматичних творів.

Лейтмотив приниження злиднями і боротьби за людську гідність 'Маклени Граси' набуває нової сили у 'Квітці Будяк', створеній в похмурі часи президентства Януковича на тлі подій, що передували Революції Гідності. I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
