When the cloned animals escape, Grant along with a group of employees and other contracted scientists, are stranded on the island where the park was built, with Hammond’s grandchildren, and separated from the group with the children. It is up to Grant to find his a way back to a safe place and protect them. Played by Sam Neill, the BDS Jurassic Park presents the scene of the first encounter with the T-Rex, when the animal breaks through the containment fence and faces forward with Grant.
