The dial is typically the face of a watch, what it chooses to show the world: hours, minutes, provenance, style. But here, in this exquisite c. 1980 Vacheron Constantin squelette, the dial disappears, replaced by an architecture of openness. What remains is the truth: a labyrinth of bridges and wheels, beautifully exposed, each gear a sentence in the silent poetry of mechanical timekeeping.

Executed in 18k yellow gold, the case flows seamlessly into an integrated bracelet rendered in an intricate basketweave motif. It’s a design language both of its era and beyond it, capturing the elegance of late-20th-century watchmaking at a moment when craftsmanship was reclaiming ground from quartz-era efficiency.

Vacheron Constantin, founded in 1755, is the oldest continuously operating Swiss watchmaker. And in this reference, you see the weight of that lineage: the hand-finishing, the architectural skeletonization, the confidence to make the invisible visible. It is, quite literally, time unmasked.

There’s a certain irony in a skeleton watch: everything exposed, yet nothing diminished. Instead, like an open-book exam, it dares you to look closer.

All of our pre-owned watches are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. Stephanie Windsor also guarantees the proper functioning of this watch mechanism for ONE year from the date of purchase. Any damage due to accidents and/or wear and tear is excluded from this warranty. We do not recommend that vintage / pre-owned watches be submerged in water as we do not guarantee any waterproofing.

Stephanie Windsor is an independent watch dealer and is not authorized, endorsed, sponsored, associated with and/or affiliated with the original watchmaker brand. Stephanie Windsor only sells pre-owned, vintage and refurbished watches that are subject to one or more of the following: repair and replacement of damaged or worn parts, replacement of the original watch crystal with aftermarket crystals. Good book to read if you are appointed someone's executor
Basic information that covers many different situations an executor might face. Good book to read as you start acting as executor but you will need to consult other resources for in-depth discussion of more complicated situations.

Uncomplicated; comprehensive reading! It was a good buy!
The task of preparing a will is very daunting. I was ready to give up and hire a lawyer for my small estate. This book addressed all of my concerns and then some. There is even a section for information on each state's laws. I know what I need to do now. The book will now go to the executor of my estate. He will appreciate the comprehensive coverage of each subject.
