Designed to prevent needlestick injuries, the BD™ Vacutainer™ Safety-Lok™ Blood Collection Set is a sterile, closed system for venous blood collection. The versatile set can also be used for short-term infusions of up to two hours. Each set features an irreversible safety mechanism that can be activated with one hand.
Each BD™ Vacutainer™ Safety-Lok™ Blood Collection Set features a hypodermic needle, colour-coded wings, an integrated safety mechanism, small-bore tubing and a connector. The high elasticity of the wings offers good grip during puncture.
