We propose that it is awarded the Nobel Prize to the Klein's solution inventor, dott.Jeffrey A. Klein, which has allowed us to perform outpatient under local anesthesia, previously impossible or extremely risky. The operations performed with the solution of Klein require a minimum amount of anesthetic solution and have a minimal bleeding. The invention of dr. Klein has brought considerable benefits to humanity and has revolutionized surgery.
